The Saturn core on the MiSTer FPGA now passes every test its developers throw at it, making it perhaps the most accurate core on the MiSTer! Find out what's new in my story:

#Earthon versione su #steam , contenente le
Rom del gioco in varie versioni.
Girano perfettamente anche su #misterfpga
Bisogna decriptarla per farla funzionare.
Speriamo che esca presto per #SegaGenesis
Supportiamo gli sviluppatori , anche se delle volte commettono errori , dando le loro creazioni a piattaforme fragili come sicurezza #steam #megadrive

#Electronics or #usb question? rant?
My DE10-nano / #misterfpga has a micro-usb port. It has stopped working. On boot, anything connected to the USB port receives power for just a moment (1/10 of a second?) and then is powered off. If I spray the port with isopropyl alcohol (to 'remove the corrosion') and then power up without waiting long enough for the alcohol to evaporate, the port functions normally until I power the device off. So probably it's acting as an (ill-advised) conductor during the boot sequence and allowing the port to be detected / initialise correctly?
Also weirdly: if I use the 'mr fusion' bootstrap sd-card image, the usb port is powered for the entire duration of the non-interactive bootstrap process. Only when the system then reboots into the normal mister OS does the USB stop working. I can't find any details about how the mrfusion boot-image initialises usb.
I don't think I should be spraying booze into my alcoholic fpga board every time I want to use it. Does anyone have any ideas?
