I've uploaded two videos like this before of a project I've been working on for some time that composes Djent/Progressive Metal music akin to Periphery/TesseracT/Animals As Leaders with procedural generation. Since my last one, I've done multiple explanation videos for those that are insterested in the process. This is the new iteration, which contains a ton of changes and improvements to the algorithm! Essentially it works with loading in thousands of separate sound files, all of individual notes (or hits, if it's drums), and through various means concatenates them together to make music.
