Kublai Khan TX
Melkweg, Monday, June 22 at 06:00 PM GMT+2
Since 2009, Kublai Khan TX has been delivering their aggressive mix of metalcore and beatdown hardcore. The band’s relentless sound is packed with huge riffs and pounding blast beats, combined with lyrics about socially conscious themes. You can hear this across their two EPs and five full‑length albums. Their latest album, ‘Exhibition of Prowess’ — which also includes a collaboration with Jamey Jasta (Hatebreed) on ‘A Hopeless Fate’ — was described by Kerrang! as “one of the most brutish and pissed‑off records of the year”. The band keeps pushing forward with their newly released single ‘The Mountain of Corsicana’.
We’ll warm things up with 90s metalcore legends Shai Hulud, hardcore thrash from Denial of Life, and hard‑mosh deathcore from Australia’s Volatile Ways.
Dayseeker
Melkweg, Friday, December 18 at 07:00 PM GMT+1
Dayseeker returns to Melkweg! Frontman Rory Rodriguez describes their music as “sad rock,” but that’s not all — the band brings a fresh perspective to the post-hardcore genre in their own unique way. With their new album 'Creature In The Black Night', they move listeners with their emotion, creativity, and honesty. Last year, the band took the stage as a special guest for Motionless in White and performed at festivals such as Jera On Air and Graspop Metal Meeting. Now they’re gearing up for a new tour, ready to bring their full energy back to our stage.
Dayseeker will be joined this evening by Australian metalcore band Northlane and Danish rock band Siamese.

Biohazard
Melkweg, Saturday, July 11 at 07:00 PM GMT+2
Biohazard returned in 2023 with a reunion show featuring the original line-up. The hardcore punk band pioneered the mix of rap and metal on their breakthrough album Urban Discipline (1992), combining shouted vocals with pounding hip‑hop beats and crushing thrash guitars. Since then, the band hasn’t slowed down, releasing records such as Divided We Fall. For the single “Forsaken,” they also shot a video last year during their show at Melkweg.
Last year, they came back to Amsterdam for a co-headline show with Life Of Agony. In 2026, they’ll return once again—this time together with American metalcore band Sworn Enemy.
