Today was another day of #PhDWork with learning #UnrealEngine5 to do VR/AR using #MetaXR.

✅ fixed and broke lighting and passthrough several times (then gave up with one wall being pitch black)
✅ basic controller interaction with actors
✅put the whole thing into a git project so have save points where it worked
🚧 translate the old UE4.2 VR Demo to AR in UE5.4 (and get rid of garbage code)
🔜 move a triggered actor in an ordered manner
🔜 use actual room geometry properly (like the floor being on the floor)

I *think* I finally got the hang of it.
