Luego de eso te piden que evalúes si recomendarías el servicio de 0 a 10!

Si ponés 0 porque te rompió mucho esperar más de 1 hora a quien te atendió puede ser que esa persona reciba una sanción o sea perjudicada.

Si ponés 10 para no perjudicar a esa persona que te resolvió el problema sentís que estás mintiendo porque si, esa persona te ayudó con buena onda y todo eso, pero el servicio es horrible porque te dejó 1 hora colgado!!
