There's still a huge amount of #stigma attached to mental health issues, which is partly why so many don't seek help. There is also a shortage of affordable and low barrier #mentalhealth resources almost everywhere.

If you're struggling, you can get better. There is hope . Keep fighting until you get the right assistance. I've been there, and it does #getbetter.
