Those who need therapy often have to pay out of pocket or go without care, even if they have health insurance. Hundreds of mental health providers told us they fled networks because insurers made their jobs impossible and their lives miserable.

It is commonplace for those that have suffered an event are left without a plan with only a dim chance of a face to face consultation with a psychiatrist a disconnect from primary care and an entirely inadequate Crisis Team.

There is no NHS Psychiatric service. This has been true for over 15 years.
