Quick question.

Does anyone know how to calculate calories burned without needing a smart watch to track everything?

#MensHealthMonth

So the last part of the week sort of got fuckered up. My routine was messed up after the Planet Fitness in Weatherford had to close due to plumbing problems for the rest of the week. Then I had to spend near $600USD this morning getting my Alternator changed on the KIA.

Kinda sucky. Ended up using the Welness Pod at Granbury for some breathing exercises. Mind still won't slow down.

Today wasn't that good a day at the gym.

Got out of the house late and had to hit the Dumpsters first which always seems to eat 10 minutes in the morning.

I did get a calisthenics set done so there is that. But my stomach feels a little uneasy today.

Drinking more water at work.

Spent 30 minutes on the Elliptical Machine today. Heart rate got up to 150. Didn't get the entire break down from the Machine unfortunately.

But 30 minutes at level 10 isn't bad.

So I guess this is Men's Health Month. I honestly never pay attention to these little awareness things throughout the year.

But this year maybe it would be interesting if I made some posts on my page.

Right now health wise I am still improving my fitness. Trying to set level 10 as my new baseline on the Elliptical Machine at Planet Fitness with 15 minute minimum per day.

Still doing situps, push-ups, squats, and planks. Focusing less on weight training and more on calisthenics. Figure that would be a good choice.

Mental Health wise I want to learn meditation. Been using the Wellness Pod at the Granbury Planet Fitness to lead in some breathing exercises. Got VA Benifits but not sure what Mental Health would be usable for me since I don't have PTSD from anything.

My time in was rather tame compared to others.

That's it for Today. If you know of any good online Mental Health Screenings go ahead and link below. I will probably be doing this everyday this month. Especially since I actually can do things that are quantifiable and report in. Will look up Military Fitness Tests and see what might be passing and see what I pull off end of the month.
