Last weekend, the #trackandfield division of our institute presented their current research at the #dvs commission conference in #Wuppertal. Our lab member #MeikeGerlach introduced her findings on the influence of different sprint spikes on joint kinetics to an interested audience.

Last week our #PhD #MeikeGerlach presented her research at the German society of #biomechanics congress in #Heidelberg. Her talk on "Joint contact forces of the lower extremity during straight and curve sprinting" was well received by a large audience. Good job, Meike! Our PhD Students #MeikeGerlach, #TabeaChrist & intern Maja competed in the German #trackandfield #championships! Intern Silyan competed in the Bulgarian championships and secured a bronze medal in the 400m! Congratulations to this very talented group on your amazing accomplishments!
