Paneer and dill wrap - a delicious quick lunch #recipe: paneer in 1.5cm cubes, stir fried for 4 mins, with a sprinkle of garam masala. Mix this with a big handful of finely-chopped dill, and serve in a wrap (e.g. a roti) with a small splash of lime pickle inside. The flavour combo comes from #MeeraSodha but this is my 5-minute-lunch version. The dill really brings out the fresh soft flavours of the paneer. #nom #vegetarian
