Dear Friends of a #Happy #Year,
Let us assume it starts #today ...
#Today I have:
- #Meditated on not doing #Evil (that was excellent because I had to think a lot of #evil in order to #know what to do) 😱
- Meditated and #relaxed into half #lotus 🧘‍♀️
- Did some #Qi #Ong (neck and #soldiers - eh #shoulders)
- Had an excellent #pot of #tea, #chilli #pickle on #tahini on #toast for brekie
- Did not eat any #fish (#vegan or not) 🫶

In #fact, I have done so #well it must be #time for #coffee and #chocolate (one of my five #treats a day, which I may increase to 25) 🥳

I’ve been getting back into #mindfulness recently and today I #meditated unguided, in silence.
No coaching, no twinkly music, just breathing, and what was there at the time.
It was excellent.

Guided Meditations - MARC | UCLA Health

Today was the third day in a row that I #meditated for 10 minutes. I'm now publicly committing to at least 10 minutes of #meditation for at least 3 months. I'll let you know what I've learned and experienced throughout. Today I also #visualised for about 3 minutes.
I've #meditated every day this month for 1 hour, but in the past week, I haven't properly posted my progress due to being busy. Now I'll post about my #meditations these past few days. #meditation
...or some other kind of small bugs were really bothering me, so I decided to leave. My next 7.5 min #meditation was done in my room and it started at 3:20 am. Overall today's meditations went well. I wish I didn't have to be annoyed by bugs, but at least I #meditated for 30 min.
