Off to London today to join the march against the far right with Together Alliance.
Driving division through captured narratives is one of the most common weapons of the violent malignant media.
We need a #MediaRevolution.
See you on the streets 🐧 🪧

The Media Sovereignty Act Campaign's petition to end billionaire domination of UK media has been accepted by the Parliamentary Petition website and is now live.
f 10,000 sign the petition, it forces the Labour government to reply with their policy on billionaire domination of UK politics and democracy.
100,000 signatures mean the Media Sovereignty Act will be considered for a parliamentary debate.
You can find the petition linked from the Media Sovereignty Act webpage: https://mediasovereignty.org/petition/

Watching ‘Louis Theroux Inside the Manosphere’, this comment towards the end jumped out at me:
“The ‘Matrix’ they rail against more accurately describes the algorithmic prison they (the influencers) have created for their followers.”
Perceptive point, Louis – but who’s behind those algorithms that allow these men to monetise their misogynistic, materialistic content, and reward them for extremist, conspiracy-pushing opinions?
We need to look further upstream
'To the best of my knowledge' is doing all the heavy lifting in this quote by Peter Wright.
“While I was editor of The Mail on Sunday, to the best of my knowledge the paper did not carry out or commission, or knowingly use information derived from, phone hacking...”
Utterly sickening article in the Sun smearing the Palestinian 6 as going into an Elbit factory armed to attack cops and security guards.
Despite the jury finding the opposite.
This trial shows our jury system can still work, when it's not influenced by a biased judge.
We seriously need a #MediaRevolution and to reclaim #MediaSovereignty from the billionaire owners.
Behind the scenes at Media Revolution we're analysing data from our ongoing Media Trust Survey.
And guess what? It's even worse than we thought. Survey data out soon, but we can already tell you that public trust in the media is lower than a bow-legged caterpillar.
Thanks @Penguin for working through the latest entries!
A #MediaRevolution is coming!
A quick reminder of the abject hell we are travelling towards.
The first step to sorting this issue out is with a revolution in the media, so that it serves us and not the billionaires that own it.
The Times reports "Suppressed climate report warned of mass migration and nuclear war. Unabridged document said disappearing forests and rivers drying up could drive people to Europe and lead to conflict in Asia."
For conflict read nuclear war.
