I've read the book from John Doerr "Measure what matters" about the usage of OKRs in companies. Really inspired me to try this method at my small team at work.

- 1/3 of you can't scroll past me fast enough because you've had terrible experiences with OKRs in the past; and

- 1/3 of you can't avoid OKRs in your work, so might keep reading.

Can't Buy Me Lead Time

A look at lead time as a metric on a path to DevSecOps, platform engineering, and product-led culture

One of the greatest unexpected gifts I gained from meditation was the ability to fall asleep. Learning to quiet my mind, scanning my body into relaxation turned into a habit which allows me to fall asleep without aide of drugs. Also, if you're over 50 like me, learning to sleep with your mouth closed, can stop the need to get up in the middle of the night to pee. (See book Breath for why). I also use an Oura ring to track my sleep.
