"The Land We Share," a solar panel mural, is being installed on the north side of the SunRise Building at 10609 101 Street (formerly Capital Tower). Designed by Edmonton Indigenous artist Lance Cardinal, the mural celebrates First Nations and Chinese communities. It features animals representing the Seven Sacred Grandfather Teachings in Indigenous culture on the left and the 12 animals of the Chinese Zodiac on the right.

Lantern Fest activities took place in and around the bookstore, including a lantern making workshop, photo booth, food truck, and Lion Dance. The cold weather did not stop folks from enjoying Family Day at the McCauley Community Rink on February 16th. The event featured skating, hot chocolate, a fire pit, wagon rides, and a community meal provided by the Pagnotta/Mannarino family in memory of Albert Pagnotta, a beloved community member.
