Sneaking in a final #sewing themed #mayke I want to make some larger roll top bags (possibly for the bikes) and wanted to work out how the roll top might work so made a miniature waxed cotton roll top ..erm purse? #prototype :)
It's the last day of #mayke, which has been a bit of a fayle for me because I've been helping my dad move house for the past week and travelling all today. But I have very much enjoyed seeing all the things other people have made. Bravo.

For today's #mayke, I have managed to successfully 3D print some spaghetti.

This was caused by me not puting the build plate in place and then leaving home before the first layer was down.

I *really* should know better than that.

Latest #mayke. Beaded in size 10 delicas in rounded peyote. New skill! Will eventually be a striped fish!
Finishing off that little postal tube storage #mayke I started the other day. Bad silly spraypaint job helps weatherproof the cardboard postal tube, glued on the threaded endcaps and glued on some points (all made in @freecad ) so it can be lashed to things or have a cord handle. Then sticker bombed it with lovely #opensource or #maker tech stickers. I might clear coat it to further rugged it! Love doing these low thought #maykes! #freecadfriday

Today's #mayke is just a minor modification to the water access panel of my camper van.

Previously it was a looong screw that went into a bolt in the crossbar, and fairly annoying to open/close. This will be an improvement - assuming it holds!

Well, this worked better than expected. #emfcamp #mayke
Latest #beadweaving #mayke - a twisted rope bracelet. All done today. For my mother in law.
Finished my #beadweaving project #crafting #mayke. 11 inches of size 8 seed beads using peyote.
