That was a hot day. Had walked the #Mawddach trail with a friend moving away to Scotland, and we needed a paddle. And a gin, but hey.
Extensive views from Craig y Castell, a prominent #Marilyn hill between #CadairIdris and the #Mawddach.
Looking north towards #YRhinogydd, NE to #Arenig, east to #YArannau, and the southern view is blocked by the massive cliffs of Cadair Idris itself. Some fine #BronzeAge cairns on the saddle below.
