Il centrosinistra festeggia in piazza unito la vittoria del No al referedum sulla giustizia. A poche ore dai risultati ufficiali, migliaia di manifestanti sono scesi a Piazza Barberini, insieme a CGIL, Partito Democratico, Movimento 5 Stelle, AVS e il sindaco di Roma Roberto Gualtieri. "È una giornata bellissima. Questo Governo non rappresenta la maggioranza del nostro Paese", esordisce dal carro Maurizio Landini. "Voglio ringraziare le nuove generazioni che al 60% hanno votato No, nonostante gli sia stato sottratto ingiustamente il diritto di voto fuorisede, che sarà una delle prime cose che faremo quando vinceremo le elezioni", commenta Elly Schlein, ribadendo la necessità di un centrosinistra unito. "Dobbiamo chiedere le dimissioni immediate di Delmastro perché gli ultimi fatti ci fanno precipitare al di sotto del decoro e dell'igiene minima istituzionale. Meloni, sei ricattata?", attacca dal palco Giuseppe Conte, mentre la folla chiede le dimissioni del sottosegretario Andrea Delmastro.

Da Maurizio Landini a Elly Schlein, dalla premiata ditta Bonelli-Fratoianni a Giuseppe Conte, tutta la sinistra festeggia il successo del No al Referendum come se la coalizione avesse vinto le elezioni politiche! Senza contare che chi ha votato contro la riforma della giustizia non necessariamente è un elettore di Pd, 5Stelle o Avs, ma tant'è. 

Il primo a vedere una prossima vittoria alle politiche è Nicola Fratoianni: ''Ora è il momento di non disperdere l'occasione di questo voto. Prendiamo un impegno solenne: quando vinceremo noi, la Costituzione non la cambieremo ma la attueremo. Oggi è la partenza, sbagliare ora sarebbe imperdonabile''. La segretaria Pd Schlein è arrivata dopo l'inizio della festa dei comitati per il No. La leader dem ha abbracciato il segretario Cgil Landini e i leader di Avs Fratoianni e Angelo Bonelli. Maurizio Landini, Rosy Bindi e Giovanni Bachelet, presidente del Comitato Società Civile per il No, hanno atteso insieme i risultati che hanno certificato la vittoria del No al Referendum sulla riforma della Giustizia. “È un paese che dice in modo molto chiaro che la Costituzione non va né stravolta né cambiata ma va applicata in tutte le sue parti e credo che questo sia un messaggio di unità del Paese che chiede di rimettere al centro i bisogni delle persone”, ha commentato Landini, sottolineando che, oltre alla difesa della magistratura c’è stata la “richiesta di una diversa politica economica e sociale che rimette al centro il lavoro”.
Il leader della Cgil ha continuato: “Questo vuol dire anche che non solo bisogna discutere in parlamento ma anche con le parti sociali e siccome questo governo ha avuto un atteggiamento autoritario, il messaggio che arriva è che chi governa non deve comandare ma rispettare le regole”.

Elly Schlein e Maurizio Landini tornano sullo stesso palco per parlare di lavoro. Un tema che passa anche dal votare No al referendum, secondo i due segretari ospiti della Cgil di Torino. “Non è davvero una riforma della giustizia, ha un altro scopo, ce lo dice il governo – spiega Schlein – il vero scopo è indebolire l’autonomia della magistratura che non tutela i magistrati ma i diritti di tutti i cittadini”. Un esempio: “Solo magistrati indipendenti assicurano che la legge valga per tutti e dunque che un magistrato non abbia timore di rilevare una violazione della legge quando la fa un ricco o un potente come ad esempio una multinazionale che sfrutta i rider”. Il Fatto Quotidiano: Referendum giustizia, il no di Landini alla riforma: “Disegno politico del governo per mettere in discussione costituzione e democrazia”

“La maggioranza dei cittadini italiani se parli di separazione delle carriere non sa di cosa stai parlando, ma sa perfettamente, invece, se ad esempio parli del non funzionamento della giustizia vive su di sé questa situazione. Conosco tantissimi familiari di persone morte sul lavoro che scoprono che i processi vanno in prescrizione o sono anni che non vedono una giustizia. Noi dobbiamo essere in grado di parlare e ascoltare con tutte le persone”. Così il segretario della Cgil, Maurizio Landini intervenendo alla presentazione del comitato ‘Società civile per il no’ al referendum sulla giustizia, guidato da Giovanni Bachelet, in corso a Roma.
“Noi siamo di fronte non solo a un attacco esplicito all’indipendenza della magistratura, ma anche di fronte a un disegno politico di questo governo che vuole mettere in discussione l’esistenza stessa della costituzione e della democrazia così come la costituzione l’ha disegnata”, aggiunge ancora Landini, parlando anche dell’importanza di parlare con tutti i cittadini.
“Noi abbiamo bisogno di raggiungere un obiettivo preciso: in Italia ci sono 8000 comuni, se vogliamo davvero affrontare il tema del referendum, in ogni comune ci devono essere comitati, in ogni seggio ci devono essere rappresentanti, insomma serve fare un lavoro organizzativo e capillare. Cominciamo a camminare comune per comune, quartiere per quartiere e territorio per territorio. Parlando con le persone e rendendo evidente quella che è la posta in gioco che abbiamo di fronte e la posta in gioco è il futuro della nostra democrazia”, spiega all’assemblea.
“Il governo ci ha portato a fare un referendum che nessuno gli aveva chiesto di fare per cambiare la giustizia in questo modo e l’ha fatto confermando una volontà autoritaria, mi assumo la responsabilità di quello che sto dicendo, perché una gestione autoritaria del governo in questo paese è già in campo. Lo dimostra il Parlamento che non è stato messo nelle condizioni di discutere una virgola della riforma della giustizia e la stessa cosa l’abbiamo vista sulla legge di bilancio e altro”, conclude il segretario della Cgil.
