Tô há uma semana, mais ou menos, vidrado no som do Angine de Poitrine, banda de #mathrock do Quebec que conheci por conta dos algoritmos alimentados pelas bandas do YT.

Agora comecei a ouvir o disco 2024 Vol.1 e... que palavra usar?

Muito provavelmente as roupas, máscaras e performance fizeram eles serem reparados, mas por trás do "hype" (será?) tem dois cabeçudos geniais que exploram recursos como a polirritmia, a escala microtonal, a surf music,... E tudo isso com uma crueza... É muito bom.

As much as I love to turn my nose up at viral stuff, I'm all about Angine de Poitrine.

The costumes are amazing, the music is catchy and melodic, and in an era of endless slop and frauds, it's really nice to see something so out of left field and fun.
