recent events in #iran made me wonder, if there was an #android #foss app that creates an #ad-hoc #wifi #mesh with other devices nearby that could than be used for a #chat and #groupchat #app like #briar by a #mass of #protesters within wifi distance of each other to communicate even in case of an #internet #blackout ?
