Snapshot of a meal I made for @retrosponge and I this weekend 💖
We had 2 crab cakes left in the freezer (they were on bogo a couple months back) so I made a one dish meal of mac and cheese with mixed vegetables, topped with shredded Armstrong Mexican Fiesta cheese (basically a block of tex mex), the crumbled crab cakes, and crispy fried onions (Dollarama carries some cool stuff).

Dinner tonight consisted of black caviar with crème fraîche on blinis as an aperitif with a mature cheddar and balsamic glaze quiche.
Bem, hoje arrisquei, pela primeira vez, fazer peixe no tacho (tenho-me especializado em grelha). Não ficou nada mau, uma boa meia garopa, com a cabeça e tudo.
Conclusão, os preparativos demoram tempo, tenho de começar mais tempo, ficou bom mas precisava de apurar mais um pouco, mais tempo de cozedura. E finalmente, o pimento era manhoso, tenho de fazer com um de qualidade.
Para a próxima sai melhor.
