Quick #fitness update.
Down 63 lbs as of this morning. Currently sitting at 215 lbs down from 278. Still #strengthtraining 4-6 times a week. But I had a knee injury about 2 months ago which has preventing me from #running. So I’ve been substituting #cycling for my runs these last 2 months and I’ve been limiting my leg day strength work a bit.
But, the knee is doing really well. I’ve been scaling my leg day workouts these last 2 weeks and plan to try a run later this week as well.
