Friday, in San Francisco Federal Court, a jury found that #ElonMusk was making up stories (and numbers) about #Twitter while in the middle of buying Twitter, and while that was not part of any proven scheme to defraud investors, it definitely hurt investors.

In an apparent rebuff of Musk's irreverent posting style and/or lack of attention to legal duties, the returned jury form uses a different color of ink to highlight the number $4.20 (a #marijuana reference) in a long table of the jury's determination of how much his baseless statements depressed the Twitter stock price in the days before the sale.
