As a new Phase Invader, MariMari_EN is double dipping #PhaseConnect and #MythicTalent. Her reasoning is that she wanted to have a support team to help push and grow her projects.
Mythic Talent, as Asmongold's *quote unquote* agency is an easy access sponsor finder for streamers that is pretty hands off. This is especially so for those that are higher risk (e.g. *cough political*), which was one of the supposed reasons why Asmongold left OTK in the first place. Mythic was how Filian almost got a Nendoroid made with Good Smile Company without actually checking who owned her model's IP 
. Mythic's actual talents also might not even be acquainted with each other at all.
Phase provides actual people who'd help do operational stuff like plan and chase after commissions. It's not a magic bullet though, some members have complained that their projects still got delayed due to issues at the creators' side.
