Had dinner at a local #Pizza shop in the countryside on Saturday. I ordered a #Margherita, thinking it was the safest choice. What a mistake! It looked like a 'hangover pizza' with a thick, undercooked crust and had ketchup instead of passata, salty semi-soft cheese instead of mozzarella and oregano instead of basil. I don't expect every Margherita to be #Neapolitan, but come on! Use proper ingredients or don’t call it a 'Margherita.' Have you ever had a pizza that disappointed you?
