Murder charge filed against woman accused in Houston firefighter’s death

Yesenia Espinoza Mendez, 38, is accused of intentionally setting the warehouse fire that killed 42-year-old Houston firefighter Marcelo Garcia on Nov. 6. She was charged with arson following the incident.
