AGI - Un docente della scuola militare Teulié di Milano è stato arrestato con l'accusa di violenza sessuale e concussione ai danni di sette allievi. Le indagini della Procura e dei carabinieri della polizia giudiziaria hanno fatto emergere, spiega il procuratore Marcello Viola in una nota, “un quadro di costanti pressioni svolte dall'insegnante". 
"Vessazioni e umiliazioni" 
Secondo i pm di Milano, il docente arrestato "abusando della posizione educativa ricoperta, e in particolare del ruolo di componente interno della Commissione al prossimo esame di maturità, e della condizione di assoggettamento psichico degli studenti, sottoposti a un regime di sopraffazione, vessazione, umiliazione e manipolazione, costringeva i giovani allievi a subire abusi sessuali e a condividere particolari della vita intima”.
Il Gip di Milano: "Il docente chiese agli allievi di mentire ai pm" 
Dopo avere saputo di essere indagato, il docente della scuola militare Teulie' finito ai domiciliari avrebbe "cercato di inquinare le prove arrivando a chiedere a degli studenti di mentire ai magistrati requirenti". Lo scrive il gip Elio Sparacino spiegando le esigenze cautelari a carico dell'insegnante di italiano e latino che sarebbe venuto a conoscenza "per ragioni che dovranno necessariamente essere oggetto di accertamento" di essere coinvolto in un'inchiesta della Procura di Milano.
L'uomo avrebbe contattato alcuni studenti "nel disperato tentativo di convincerli a cancellare le poche tracce ancora presenti nei propri dispositivi e, soprattutto, a mentire agli inquirenti nel caso in cui fossero stati chiamati in Procura". Da questo il gip evince che l'indagato fosse "perfettamente conscio dell'illegittimità del suo comportamento". C'è inoltre "la chiara esigenza di sottoporre l'indagato a una misura cautelare che gli impedisca qualsiasi contatto, fisico e telematico, con gli studenti e, in attesa che vengano compiuti ulteriori accertamenti, con qualsiasi soggetto esterno alla rete familiare". La Procura aveva chiesto per lui il carcere.

Questa mattina la Procura di Milano, d’intesa con il Procuratore Nazionale Antimafia e Antiterrorismo, ha eseguito diverse perquisizioni domiciliari e informatiche nell’ambito di un’indagine nata dopo una denuncia relativa ad accessi abusivi ai computer in uso ai magistrati attraverso il sistema ECM, installato sui dispositivi del Ministero della Giustizia.
Come si legge nella nota firmata dal procuratore capo di Milano, Marcello Viola, “tali accessi risultano concentrati nel distretto giudiziario di Torino”, al quale appartiene un tecnico ministeriale attualmente indagato.
“Gli accertamenti investigativi si sono resi necessari poiché, dai primi riscontri, è emerso che le intrusioni informatiche sarebbero avvenute attraverso la forzatura del sistema, resa possibile dal possesso delle credenziali di amministratore”, prosegue il comunicato.

L'Unità: Cinturrino indagato per spaccio e sequestro di persona, si allarga il caso Rogoredo

Si ingrossa l’affare di Rogoredo. Sempre di più. Dalla richiesta di incidente probatorio al fine di cristallizzare le accuse nel contraddittorio tra le parti si aggrava la posizione dell’ispettore capo della polizia Carmelo Cinturrino al quale viene contestato l’omicidio premeditato di Abdarrahim Mansouri. E aumenta a sei il numero dei poliziotti indagati.
È significativo che sia stata la stessa procura a chiedere un incidente probatorio perché molti testimoni sono detenuti stranieri e rischiano il rimpatrio, per cui l’iniziativa dice molto sulla natura di questa vicenda. Stiamo parlando di persone in una posizione estremamente vulnerabile che spesso vivono tra paura, marginalità e sfiducia nelle istituzioni. Se le loro testimonianze sono così decisive da dover essere formalizzate immediatamente per assumere valore processuale ci sarà anche il problema per lo Stato di garantire che possano parlare liberamente senza il timore che la loro condizione li renda più facile da ignorare o mettere in discussione. Ma a carico di Cinturrino non ci sono solo le parole di spacciatori che in teoria potrebbero avercela con la polizia. A verbale ci sono le dichiarazioni di colleghi poliziotti. L’ispettore adesso risponde anche di estorsione, falso, spaccio di droga, sequestro di persona ai danni di un pusher.
Cinturrino aveva minacciato di morte Mansouri sia direttamente sia attraverso messaggi recapitati attraverso altri spacciatori che frequentavano il boschetto di Rogoredo. Il quadro che emerge finora è quello di uno spaccio di droga coordinato da chi avrebbe avuto il dovere di combatterlo vestendo una divisa. Con molte complicità e silenzi dentro il commissariato di via Mecenate. La tesi della mela marcia insomma fa acqua da tutte le parti. Sarà il giudice delle indagini preliminari Domenico Santoro a decidere sulla richiesta firmata dal procuratore capo Marcello Viola e dal pm Giovanni Tarzia. LA NOTIZIA: Tram deragliato a Milano, la Procura indaga l’autista per omicidio colposo e disastro ferroviario

Venerdì pomeriggio un boato secco, a cui ha fatto seguito un silenzio surreale, ha scosso la città di MIlano. Quel giorno nel capoluogo lombardo il tram 9 è uscito dai binari lungo viale Vittorio Veneto, impattando su un edificio e causando la morte di due persone a cui si aggiungono una cinquantina di feriti. Un caso su cui oggi è arrivata la svolta giudiziaria, con la Procura di Milano che ha messo sotto indagine il conducente, 60enne con oltre 35 di servizio in ATM, con l’accusa di omicidio colposo, lesioni colpose e disastro ferroviario.
