My first test game of Halo Flashpoint. After years of mostly building and painting wargaming miniatures, I'm looking to play more this year. I really like the idea of this starter set. It comes with cardboard terrain and precolored miniatures, so you can start playing right away.

And since it's the last day, I can also take apart the box to free the game board (which was the cover of the calendar) and the game instructions (in the box behind the calendar doors).

Now I'll try and find out if the empty door really means something is missing (and what it is)
