Oh nevermind, that's the whole #ManagmentCulture for the last 30+ years where some #ValueRemoving #Manager just kills R&D, cashes out bonuses and when the company dies in 5-25 years their successors' successor is forced to hold the bag.

@docpop sadly it's the only thing #capitalists will accept as valid argument.

That's why they won't reduce emissions or waste, because that'll not be rewarded in higher bonuses next quarter or at the end of the fiscal year.

But firing the entire R&D department because it doesn't generate profit on it's own but only creates costs ( completely and willingly ignoring the fact that the results of any R&D will go either to production and/or licensing, which are different departments ) is accepted and rewarded no matter the fact that 5-15+ years down the line there is nothing new to be made or license and the market is flooded with generics from China made with worse conditions and quality at a fraction of the originals' proces...

Sorry, but the whole #ManagmentCulture is shit and needs to be abolished!
