If not, it is now! Because today I got my boobs squoze. 0 out of 10, strenuously dislike... But I do it every damn year, because #breastcancer would be worse.

I found out I have a relatively high polygenic risk score, despite my general health and low family risk, so I can make better decisions about my screening now. Like, say, getting a mammo every year, regardless of how much I dislike it...
