Fell asleep for five minutes and woke up wearing a Belgian Malinois like a heated tactical blanket. Dogs don’t believe in personal space. “Personal space” apparently means nothing when you own a Belgian Malinois. One minute I’m trying to sleep, next minute I’m being used as a mattress by a furry tactical missile holding a squeaky ball like it’s the last surviving artifact of civilization.
Meanwhile she’s sleeping better than I am. Typical management behavior.

Es sind tolle Hunde. Aber - verdammt noch mal - keine Rasse, die man sich „einfach mal so“ zulegt! Oder die ohne viel Nachdenken einfach so im Alltag mitläuft!
Wir haben vorher 15 Jahre lang an verhaltenskreativen Hunden gelernt. Wir reflektieren uns bis heute gegenseitig. Loki ist 24h am Tag bei uns. Er musste erst mit 7 Monaten das erste Mal alleine bleiben.
