Il Tempo: Bologna, frasi jihadiste su Tik Tok: denunciato un maliano
Un cittadino maliano residente a Bologna è stato denunciato in stato di libertà per il reato di istigazione a delinquere aggravato dall'utilizzo di strumenti informatici. La Digos ha dato seguito a un decreto di perquisizione personale, locale e informatica dell'indagato. Nei filmati acquisiti, l'indagato pronunciava in dialetto africano frasi dal chiaro tenore intimidatorio, manifestando la volontà di uccidere un altro utente dello stesso social network e istigando così i suoi follower. A destare particolare attenzione, anche i riferimenti a tematiche religiose fondamentaliste, accompagnate da espressioni riconducibili alla retorica jihadista.

In uno dei video, l'indagato prometteva addirittura "il paradiso con le 72 vergini" come ricompensa per chi si fosse reso responsabile dell'uccisione di un utente critico nei confronti dei matrimoni precoci. L'attività investigativa è partita dalla segnalazione di un utente di TikTok che aveva denunciato la presenza di video dal contenuto fortemente allarmante. Dai primi accertamenti è stato possibile identificare l'utilizzatore del profilo segnalato, molto attivo sulla piattaforma e seguito da oltre 100.000 followers. Le indagini proseguono per approfondire la rete relazionale dell'uomo e verificare eventuali ulteriori profili di responsabilità.

A Malian citizen resident in Bologna has been detained in freedom on suspicion of incitement to commit crimes aggravated by the use of computer tools. The DIGOS (General Directorate for Internal Security) executed a search warrant, including personal, local, and computer searches, on the suspect. The footage obtained showed the suspect speaking in African dialect, uttering intimidating phrases and expressing a desire to kill another user of the same social network and thus inciting his followers. Particular attention was also drawn to references to fundamentalist religious themes, accompanied by expressions linked to jihadist rhetoric. In one of the videos, the suspect even promised “paradise with 72 virgin wives” as a reward for anyone responsible for the killing of a user critical of early marriages. The investigation began following a report from a TikTok user who had reported the presence of videos with highly alarming content. Initial investigations allowed the identification of the user of the reported profile, who was very active on the platform and followed by over 100,000 followers. Investigations are ongoing to deepen the man’s social network and verify any further profiles of responsibility.
