Several years ago a group of male survivors began a tradition of changing our profile pictures on Christmas Eve with photos of lit candles.

To all the men and boys out there still struggling, please know that you are not alone.

All the darkness in the world can't drown out the light of one small candle. There are a lot of candles out there.
