This is pretty condensed through the magic of cinematography hours into seconds. It's wild to me that someone can self-apply a full Darth Maul makeup with prosthetics. We even rigged up a mirror on a boom arm so she could get the back.

My legs are still weak from that Oppenheimer audio, but let me just say I don't think I've seen enough people talking about how good the makeup is in that film. The ageing effects were next level.

For our anniversary, my wonderful wife gave me @therickbaker 's #Metamorphosis , a deluxe edition in two hardcover volumes in a slipcase. This compiles most of Baker's work, an unparalleled display of creative richness, full of sketches, personal photography, early drawings, many materials, it's a gorgeous book.
