Now I know why my @hiking (Seasons of Jason) subscribers aren't getting emails 😤

Add me to the long list of people wishing that #Ghost didn't lock users into relying on #Mailgun.

By all accounts, the next response will be either "we'll continue your probation period until we decide your safe" or "we're banning your domain and you can't do anything about it."

Learning about them has definitely discouraged me from recommending it to anyone for community-hosting. Which is a shame, because in so many ways it's an *excellent* piece of software, with a fantastic UX.

Maybe a soft fork is the solution, stripping out the proprietary dependencies? Possible names; Apparition? Spook?

Lah gak bisa verifikasi nomor hp pas registrasi akun mailgun. Padahal dah ganti-ganti nomor. Kayaknya ini mailgun blokir indonesia.

We're talking to mailgun support, but according to Microsofts own SNDS thing nothing is wrong with our IP. As far as we can tell nothing has changed about the volume of outgoing emails from our side...

so yey. got my #Ghost set up via #YuNoHoasst. my #Substack import of posts and all subscriptions broke, so not everyone got moved. I'll get the address as soon as I figure out how. this way who ever wants to move can, or stay in both places, that's also an option.
also no emailing of the news letter is not set up yet as I don't care for #Mailgun and that's what ghost uses for such. Thanks to who ever recommended I take a look. so far it is more accessible than substack, interface wise.

Leider etwas zu spät veröffentlicht, weil – ja, wieder so eine Abhängigkeit – mein Blog zwar mit #GhostCMS selfhosted ist, aber im Hintergrund nur mit #Mailgun kompatibel ist, um Massenmail zu verschicken. Und die stellen sich mal wieder quer (hatte letztes Jahr dasselbe Problem).

Как перенести Ghost CMS на vps с панелью FASTPANEL

Появилась необходимость перенести уже установленный ghost cms на другой vps, на котором уже установлена FASTPANEL. Вдохновившись статьей " Установка Ghost на сервер под управлением ispmanager ", я подумал, что это будет просто. На деле же оказалось несколько сложнее. Конечно можно установить в docker контейнер и не париться с панелью. Но я решил остановиться на варианте без контейнеризации. В этой статье у меня был 1 чистый сервер на котором был установлен ghost cms без докера. Второй сервер уже в работе с установленной FASTPANEL. Начнем пожалуй с бэкапов.
