Finished Anime: Maho Girls #PreCure II Mirai Days
This was tough to get through. Same as the first season, the relationship and interactions of Mirai and Liko are just fine and cute and although nobody said they’re a couple they definitely are.
And then there is the plot. The series had two parts, the first was exhausting because Ire was all secretive about what he wants to do and why (the answers were not interesting) and then we had Chronosto doing his thing but taking ages to do it. The themes of fearing the future or wanting to stay in the past were under-explored in favor of dozens of random flashbacks and in the end the whole fight seemed random.
Sadly not worth the long wait.
