In 2004 he moved to Hollywood and created a successful event and film production company. In 2013 he made his first feature documentary, Inside the Garbage of the World, which won 3 awards. The film, distributed worldwide, provoked a wave of action regarding plastic pollution. Based in Vanuatu since 2017, Philippe has now made more than 150 short films. In 2022, he decided to finish his feature film about Fukushima, which started in 2016, due to the emergency of the situation."
