#30DaysOfBiking, Day 22: Originally I planned to ride to the southern lakeside border to Italy, but the bicycle path situation was so bad (1st pic) that I nearly turned around. I then noticed a path into a wildlife sanctuary, the #BolleDiMagadino (https://www.ticino.ch/en/commons/details/Bolle-di-Magadino/26223.html) and when leaving it again, there was a bicycle path (3rd pic) again. Until it stopped 1km later at the grass beach of #Magadino. Then I was annoyed enough and turned around. Overall close to 20km at ~10℃ in ~2 hours.

A cruise on #LagoMaggiore today on board the charming 50-year-old vessel #Capriolo which comes with a distinctive 1970s design.🤓
Well, not exactly a cruise: it’s just a round trip from #Locarno to #Magadino, the only service operating year-round on the #Swiss🇨🇭 part of the lake.
