Okay, the song itself is mostly about rain, but it's a cheerful song about the rain making him cheer up, and the sound of the song itself is pretty bright and sunny, so I'm gonna stand by it. Plus it's a cute video that features a cameo from a giant ear sculpture...is this the same one that showed up in the Stranglers' "No Mercy", or in Tom Petty's "Make It Better (Forget About Me)"?
