O professor Jean Hauck, que atua no Departamento de Informática e Estatística da UFSC e é membro do Ecosol Digital, explica o processo de construção da infraestrutura de código aberto que vai possibilitar o desenvolvimento do aplicativo: “Primeiro usamos a engenharia de domínio para identificar algumas das principais iniciativas de plataformas para a economia solidária ao redor do mundo. Em paralelo, utilizando uma estratégia baseada em Design Thinking, realizamos entrevistas com trabalhadores de aplicativos, buscando entender as suas principais dores e como uma plataforma white label desse tipo poderia ajudar a amenizá-las”.
