Bureau of Criminal Apprehension arrives at #shooting scene after being turned away

More than 24 hours after a #CBP agent shot & killed #AlexPretti, personnel from #MNBCA have arrived at the scene.

#BCA staff are “canvassing & looking to collect whatever evidence may be there,” #Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara said Sunday.

O’Hara said he requested the BCA to investigate immediately after the shooting, but “they were refused entry” by #federal agents.
