J M BerntsonFinally watched the #PowerRangers #OnceAndAlways movie while having lunch today.
It's... a very silly movie, with a mixture of seriousness and earnest love/reverence for the old source material that doesn't mix well a lot of the time.
Also, the Zord CG sequences are just bad.
It has a sweetness to it, though. And when "Down the Road" (which I've had in my music collection since I ripped it from VHS in 2001) played before the credits, I actually shed tears.
