The search for Samuel Bird, a 14 year old Indigenous boy who went missing on June 1st from the Canora area, continues thanks to the efforts of grassroots citizens. A rally on September 6th at the Alberta Legislature saw over 200 people come together to demand justice and assistance. Volunteers are keeping post at Dawson Park near the boat launch area as independent searchers traverse land and water.
