Disappointing that all we get is this instead of a revival of MGO. Even a lazy reskin of the classic modes would have been fine with some QOL updates. I was hoping old timers like me who had MGS3 Subsistence when it came out, but lacked decent broadband internet and/or the broadband modem adapter for the PS2, could finally play those modes online with a larger base.

Oh, well. At least there is still https://mgo2pc.com/portal/. Which is now the new generation of players' roadblock to playing the classic online modes. They'll need a fat PS2, the broadband adapter, the ability to get the PS2 online and be able to co-ordinate matches with a small group online.
