For most of its history, MG has made slightly sporty saloons/sedans to sell alongside its roadsters. The ZB Magnette was introduced in 1956. It was a development of the 1953 ZA Magnette, which was MG’s first unibody car. This ZB lives at the British Motor Museum at Gaydon. The Magnette name was later applied to the 2011 saloon/sedan version of the MG 6 as featured a few months back.
