I have been in a flare since last June (Sjogrens, MCS, MCAS). All systems at full tilt. New treatments/meds as of last July, changes to dosing in April. Then, last Thursday, the gears shifted. I can feel it in my body like being in a car with a stick shift. A ca-chunk followed by humming along at a different intensity. Such shifts continue to amaze. Almost a year of grinding and now everything is suddenly easier. Embracing the bandwidth!

Replies might be slow bc I’m in nightmare migraine land & exhausted, but I appreciate any and all the ideas.

The house had remodeling done before we moved in 1.5 yesrss ago and I didn’t know that was going to be an issue…

We tried cookouts & their efficacy was negligible especially for how much of a PITA they are, but if anyone w expertise thinks that there’s something to be gained by doing a ton more I will.

I really really don’t want to have to move…
