An entire squad of ICE agents emerge from the Portland facility to attack and detain one disabled blind man. Quinn Haberl was peacefully protesting. He was sitting on the ground holding his cane. He’s only 4’6 and he can’t see. He wasn’t posing any threat to anyone and has protested at the ICE facility before. He was dragged off by his feet with his head dragging on the ground. This is unacceptable and could easily result in further injuries and disability. ICE going after the easy targets yet again.
