Continuing to test the results of the using the Optolong Moon SkyGlow 2" Mounted Filter, decided to go relook at #M27 - #DumbellNebula. First set of images are using the filter from last night. Not a perfect comparison as the first set of images were a 23+ minutes observation with 20 second exposures, while the second set is at 27+ minutes observation with 10 second exposures. Petite soirée #astronomie pour tester mon nouveau boîtier Canon EOS R7 (le 350D ayant rendu l'âme l'an dernier après 18 ans et 60000clics). J'avais un peu peur en me lançant dans l'hybride pour l'astrophotographie mais en fait c'est génial 😍 la sensibilité du capteur permet de faire des poses courtes sans guidage même au foyer du T200, centrage et mise au point (au bathinov) facilitées, bref du pur plaisir. Ici #M27 en 6 secondes de pose à 12000Iso F6.3 et la mise au point sur Véga live view

Let's start with #M27, the #DumbbellNebula. This image features a crop around the planetary nebula. Nothing special, but it nicely shows the structure extending beyond the dumbbell shape at 75 min total integration time.
