This would certainly explain the power outage to my local bodega (a block away from my house) last week.
I managed to pull in to the bodega(directly behind the downed power pole) ~30 minutes later and, thankfully, missed the whole kerfuffle.

Came out to my deck, today, & saw about 12 apparant law enforcement officers meandering in the apartment complex parking lot. They were wearing tactical vests with various labels: #Police #DEA Customs & Border Patrol #CBP.

They seemed to be wrapping something up; although they had no one in custody. Seemed pretty relaxed as they removed their vests.

Fucking terrifying. My apt. complex is mostly immigrants and I fear for them.
