@lizbian Kommt natürlich drauf an, was man mag. 🙂

The small huts were erected by the municipality, along with cat feeders.

Two stills from last night's #DroneArt show over Mount #Lycabettus, #Athens, #Greece

We had a good view from our place. However, capturing it with my camera proved challenging.

Another unusual view to the city of #Athens, including the #Acropolis and Mount #Lycabettus. The photo was taken on #Alepovouni, a foothill of Mt. #Hymettus.

After breakfast at the Grande Bretagne, took funicular up to Lycabettus, visited 2 churches. From Monastiraki visited Hadrian's Library, Roman Agora, and Philopappou. Excellent views of Acropolis and Parthenon today!

From Lycabettus to Philopappou in Athens

After breakfast at the Grande Bretagne, we walked over to take the funicular up to Lycabettus. We checked out the church at the peak and walked down, visiting another church on the way. We then took the Metro to Monastiraki, had lunch, and visited Hadrian's Library and the Roman Agora on our way to Philopappou, which had a fantastic view of the Acropolis.

Roving Sun

#TIL: Tonight at midnight, the Greek military will fire two massive cannons from Mount #Lycabettus in central #Athens to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and saviour.

“It's a tradition!” 🙃
