It seems that the definition of "luxury apartment" for #NIMBYs is "any multiunit new construction".

#Neoliberalism has conditioned people to think that anything new, any building built to modern building code standards, is a #luxury. How sad.

Most of these NIMBYs will never set a single foot inside any of these #shoebox #apartments to see what living in them is really like. It's anything but luxurious.
